There are many reasons to hire a personal trainer. Just a few sessions with a qualified trainer can be very helpful in your quest to a healthy and happy life. Listed below are some of the services offered by RAM Fitness.
The first step in the training process is to determine your goals. Let me help you set realistic and attainable goals, both short-term and long-term. Next, a fitness assessment and body composition analysis are necessary to find out where you are starting. After we determine your current fitness level, together we can plan a program that will help you reach your goals step by step.
The first session is not spent working out. Don't be surprised if we sit and talk the entire first hour. It is important for you to feel comfortable and to make sure your trainer understands what you desire. During this first session I will gather important medical information such as; your health history, medications, diseases, injuries, sensitive areas, etc... Before we can workout together, I must have a clear understanding of your health to make sure it is safe for you to exercise. When necessary a physician's clearance may be required.
Partner Training also available. Find a friend to share time with a trainer.
Another reason to hire a personal trainer is to have a program designed specifically for you that you can perform on your own. Like the one-on-one training, the first session is required to gather information about you - your goals, your health/medical history and your fitness experience. After gathering all the pertinent information and doing a fitness assessment. I will come back to you with a program customized to you and your goals. After a pre-determined time, we will meet again to re-assess your fitness and your body composition. If desired, another program can be designed at that time.
This is a great option for someone with an exercise background. It's a great way to Jump Start your fitness program.
Sometimes motivation is hard to find. In fit camp, the group comaraderie provides plenty of motivation and lots of fun! Boot camps are held in 6 week periods 2-5 days per week for one hour. No long-term committments to a gym, no experience is needed and definitely NO BOREDOM!
